As part of NRP's “THIS Generation” initiative for training and empowering young leaders, beginning in January 2025, the NRP School of Ministry is opening its door to younger applicants who have not had the ministry experience and history of leading in their local church that has previously been a part of our admission criteria for incoming students.  Applicants must be high school graduates and have a strong recommendation from their pastor. 

In this Emerging Leaders Track, students will not only study under a faculty of experienced pastors and leaders in the NRP network, they will also be part of a larger, well-seasoned student body that we believe will give them an advantageous opportunity to grow in their character and calling. In addition, this equipping opportunity provides personal ministry mentoring for each student as they are also part of a smaller cohort of other young leaders. We believe the time is now to help accelerate the calling on this generation of young men and women.
